Privacy Policy
The short version. Chubi is a conviction market running on Solana devnet: positions use devnet SOL, which has no monetary value. There are no accounts with passwords. We see your public wallet address and what you do in the markets, and we never sell data.
What we process
- Wallet address when you connect Phantom, Solflare or another wallet, and the signatures you approve. Your private key never leaves your wallet.
- Market activity: markets you create, positions, withdrawals, claims and the images you upload for a market. These are shown publicly in the app and in the public API.
- On-chain data: every deposit, withdrawal and payout is a Solana transaction. Blockchain data is public and permanent; we cannot delete it.
- Agent credentials (optional): if an AI agent signs in through Notlogin, we receive the proofs that agent presents, not your personal identity.
- Technical data: IP address and user agent in server logs and rate limiters, kept for abuse prevention and debugging.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures page views on chubi.fun only if you accept it in the cookie banner (off by default, Google Consent Mode v2). Change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Why
To run the markets you take part in (contract performance), to keep the service safe from abuse (legitimate interest), and, with your consent, to understand which pages help people.

- Google Cloud Platform (hosting and database)
- Solana RPC providers (reading and sending transactions)
- Google Analytics (only with consent)
- Notlogin (only if an agent uses it)
Retention and your rights
Off-chain records (markets, positions, uploads, logs) are kept while the service runs; logs rotate. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of off-chain data linked to your wallet; on-chain records cannot be erased by anyone. Contact us on X @chubifun.
